Well, this one was a surprise! Once I had the eyes stitched onto the canvas, the crown seemed to be a logical next step. I didn't want to take this painting too seriously, so I just let myself go. By the end, I realized I had something to say about women and how they treat one another. "Real queens fix each other's crowns."
