This is one of my favorite paintings. I was inspired by an image I saw in a magazine. The woman in the image was walking down the street carrying a cup of coffee. She just looked so "hipster." I loved her hat and her braids and that was enough to get me started. I chose a color palette of soft greens, blues, grays and golds. She currently hangs in my dining room.
