 I was flipping through a book of Amedeo Modigliani’s art. (my favorite artist) I was inspired by his piece, “Bride and Groom” which currently hangs in the MOMA. That one image ended up being the catalyst for a collection of paintings called “Tuxedos and Turtlenecks.” This piece was the first.
